I am really enjoying these, and the offerings of the community that hosted them as well. Thank you for offering them freely.

This is amazing. Also, my fiancé got me the Ambigua (Dumbarton Oaks edition) for Christmas. Excited to read it but it will have to wait as I have other books queued.

I gushed to you about this series (and your other appearances) in Twitter DMs a few months ago - and I would do it again. Sublime and truly synthetic series. I had 4 episodes of it downloaded on my phone that I would listen to in Africa on repeat for months.

Finally catching up on your stuff, Woody. I've bookmarked this in the podcasts app and will give it a listen as soon as I can afford a new set of headphones. (Others just stopped charging).

Awesome. I almost signed up for that class last year. This is a great surprise!

These are just fantastic Jordan! Having had the blessing of being a (partial) participant I have re-listened to these multiple times. There is so much in them and it has benefited me enormously. Your explication of St. Maximus and the synthesizing of St. Maximus with Hegel and others is glorious. Your generosity of time, thought and engagement in these has created a wonderful deposit of faith. I hope my hyperbole doesn't undercut my sincerity. I did not intend to turn this into a Sham-Wow! style informercial...

You know me, Andrew: I’ll listen to hyperbole all day long hehe.

Paul Axton’s Forging Ploughshares is just as you say, “a welcome lighthouse across the dark shoreline of online theological discourse.” 🕊

Hmmm, odd. It's true that it links to Paul's podbean site. It works on my computer, and on my phone (iPhone 13) it goes to podbean.

Links fail if executed from your post within the standalone Substack android app. Further testing: If you access Substack (indirectly) from with an android web browser (Firefox), executing a link will invoke the Podbean podcast player app if installed (or will call an option for you to install that). Playback happily works from there.

I've now added links to Apple podcasts in parentheses. Hopefully that helps?

Unfortunately, no, even with Apple Podcasts installed via Chrome (as is usually recommended for Android devices). So, will stick with the web browser route, until a cross-platform link method offers itself.
